StackItSmart is an independent, educational reference. Assumption of risk

Accuracy of information; no warranty
StackItSmart records inspected research and official sources for clinical findings on the site, and published findings state the type and limits of their underlying evidence. The interaction checker displays curated pair findings and extrapolations with their source scope. It is not exhaustive. The absence of a flagged interaction for a given combination is not evidence that the combination is safe. The tool never recommends a combination and is not a substitute for a clinician’s review of your specific circumstances.

Original written content on StackItSmart is released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may share and adapt it for any purpose, including commercially, provided you give appropriate attribution to StackItSmart. This licence does not extend to the “StackItSmart” name or logo, which may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission, and does not extend to any third-party material (such as the underlying journal articles referenced by citation).
If you reuse content from this site, you may not remove citations, evidence labels, or disclaimers, or present the material in a way that omits its risk-forward framing or implies an endorsement of use.
Prohibited uses

Indemnification

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising under them will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
